That's why you often get scared by the amount of hair that falls out of the shower?

The hair expert said in a response video that we are actually supposed to lose between 50 and 150 hairs every day.
"This is completely normal. You are actually supposed to lose 50 strands of hair a day! And that without taking into account that if you gather your hair for several days and only then overlap, you are expected to lose 150 hairs."
The hair expert added that there is cause for concern only if the hair falls out in "lumps".
She noted that "lumps" refers to the loss of multiple strands of hair from that point - and not from all over the head.
She also mentioned a number of other factors that can affect the condition of your hair: "Stress, environment, weather and hair damage must also be taken into account."

Her video has garnered more than 610,000 views and many have been relieved to know that there is really no reason to worry. One wrote: "Thank you! My hair was short to plague, so in the past my hair always fell out without me noticing. Suddenly I started to worry that I was losing a lot of hair." Another wrote: "I was scared when my hair started to fall out like that, but now I know it's completely normal." Another viewer wrote: "Wow, thank you !!! I thought something was wrong with me" and another added: "Thank you for clarifying this! My anxiety went down by 100%." Another viewer wrote: "Thanks! I have very curly hair and I barely comb it, because I always pick it up high. Bad, I know! And I lose a lot of hair when I overlap."
Others reinforced Ashley's words: "We learned in the Faculty of Beauty that a person can lose between 50 and 100 strands of hair a day and that's perfectly normal," one reporter added: "100 a day is normal. I do not understand how people do not understand that if you wash your hair "Twice a week and you do not comb it every day, it will look like a ton of hair that has fallen out ... because in fact you have collected hair that falls out for days."
Ashley added an important clarification in the comments that if you notice an abnormal dropout you should seek medical advice immediately.
