(ANSA) - WASHINGTON, 03 NOV - China is developing its nuclear arsenal much faster than expected, increasingly narrowing the gap with the United States.
This is what is stated in a report published by the Pentagon, which explains how Beijing could have 700 nuclear warheads available by 2027, reaching a thousand by 2030. An arsenal doubled compared to what the Pentagon itself predicted a year ago.
