With 190 votes in favor and 34 against, the Assembly of Palazzo Madama renews its trust in the Government with the final approval of the Infrastructure and Sustainable Mobility Decree.

The provision becomes law.

Among other things, the text provides for a squeeze on scooters.

Controversy on discriminatory billboards. "From today pro-life and pro-family associations like ours will have on their heads the ax of censorship and gags on issues such as gender, LGBT ideology and gender identity. The discrimination desired by the Zan Bill eventually became reality, simply under a false name ". This is the comment by Antonio Brandi, president of Pro Vita & Famiglia, on the vote of confidence that the government has placed, and obtained, on the Infrastructure, which prohibits "any form of advertising whose content" is discriminatory with reference also to gender identity. "The gender dictatorship did not enter with the Trojan horse of the Zan bill and now surreptitiously the Draghi government has also inserted it into the transport bill with a liberticidal amendment, due to which it will no longer be possible to billboards or sail trucks against gender, the rented uterus and adoptions for homosexual couples. In addition, as if that were not enough - adds Jacopo Coghe, vice president of the non-profit organization - gender fluidity has been legitimized, as usual under the guise of discrimination "." We have already experienced in the past - concludes the note from Pro Vita & Famiglia - censorship on our posters, when some municipalities have blocked or tore up our billboards for similar rules. We did not give up then and we will not give up now. We will always make our voices heard because freedom of expression is sacred and is enshrined in the Constitution which, just today, 4 November, was ignored and violated by the government and the Senate ".  uterus for rent and adoptions for homosexual couples. "On July 23, the President of the Republic wrote a letter regarding the emergency decree referring to the principle of the homogeneity of the content of the rules of a decree-law. an ideological measure that limits freedom of expression in an ambiguous and therefore particularly dangerous way. In particular, it re-introduces the concept of "gender identity", typical expression of the nefarious gender ideology, just rejected in the Zan Ddl. This provision now reaches the armored Senate with a vote of confidence, as already in the Chamber. If someone wants to let it pass, face it openly and not shut the mouths of the parliamentarians. We are facing yet another disfigurement of Parliament and the people it represents. "This was declared by the senator of the Brothers of Italy Lucio Malan in discussion on the Transport dl.
