US rapper Kanye West obviously still has hope for a future with the TV icon after his split from Kim Kardashian.
"We're not divorced," insisted West - who recently called himself only "Ye" - on the "Drink Champs" podcast.
“My children want their parents to stay together.
I want us to be together, ”the 44-year-old continued.
West referred to Kardashian, 41, several times as "my wife" and blamed the media for promoting alienation between the two.
Kardashian filed for divorce from West in February.
Previously, West had posted several confused tweets and also made serious accusations to his wife.
The two have four children together.
