It is a passage from the motivation of sentence no. 213 filed today (editor Giovanni Amoroso) with which the Constitutional Court recognized the legitimacy of the extensions (from 1 January to 30 June 2021 and then from 1 July to 31 December 2021) of the suspension of the execution of some orders for the release of properties,as anticipated with the press release of 20 October 2021.
