(ANSA) - ROME, NOV 14 - Over two million people in the United Kingdom have received the third dose of the vaccine against ilcovid-19 in the past week alone, a record figure according to local health authorities.

In particular, NHS England, the public health service for England, reports that 2.1 million third doses of the vaccine were administered between 6 and 12 November, compared to 1.7 million the previous week.
In total, over 10 million people have received the so-called serum booster dose in England to date.
