Concerts suspended in Santa Cecilia, orchestral in quarantine

The quarantine imposed on some orchestral members of Santa Cecilia forced the concerts scheduled for Friday 10 December at 8.30pm, Saturday 11th and Sunday 22nd at 6pm for the Symphonic Season to be prudently suspended. (HANDLE)


The quarantine imposed on some orchestral members of Santa Cecilia forced the concerts scheduled for Friday 10 December at 8.30pm, Saturday 11th and Sunday 22nd at 6pm for the Symphonic Season to be prudently suspended.


    This was decided by the National Academy announcing that programming will resume regularly next week.

This week's calendar was scheduled for performances by the conductor Markus Stenz, making his debut in Santa Cecilia, in the piano concerto no.

3 by Rachmaninoff with the Russian soloist Andrei Korobeinikov.
