(ANSA) - ROME, DEC 12 - The "petition for revocation of the support administrator" is ready for Gina Lollobrigida: this was announced by the lawyer Antonio Ingroia, who spoke with the 94-year-old actress on Sunday, on the eve of the hearing on 14 December in the trial for circumvention of incapable of dealing with the former factotum Andrea Piazzolla who managed the assets of the 'Lollo'.
"In the trial - explains Ingroia - Mrs. Lollobrigida's lawyer was appointed by the support administrator, he was not indicated by her: I filed an application so that she can be represented by a lawyer of her choice. The judge has not yet responded, Tuesday we will see". The lawyer confides "in the possibility that justice will mend its errors: on Tuesday we will discuss the mental health of Mrs. Lollobrigida, who was harassed by psychiatric reports".
According to some "it would be a kind of paranoid, other experts have denied it completely: on the basis of these denials - she reiterates - it is possible to request revocation of the support administration, so that the lady is returned to her property and her freedom".
The case has been going on for some time: Piazzolla is on trial for the circumvention of incapacity, while in October the Supreme Court validated the decree of opening the support administration for the plaintiff, on legal action brought by his son Milco Skofic, who asked the judicial authority to Rome discharging the assets of the mother in safe hands: "By now my son has not reasoned anymore for four, five years", sighs the 'Bersagliera' in Mara Venier's studio where a few weeks ago he claimed his "right to live and die in peace", heartfelt words that have traveled around the world.
Lollobrigida reiterates her desire to "be free: the decisions must start with me, I want the freedom to live what the Eternal Father decides".
