The winter season has come to us and with it also a new strain of the corona virus that leaves us in the country.

That's why we've found you one of the most beautiful pieces of nature in the waves, suitable for couples and families.

The hotel has undergone a significant upgrade and has changed its face to a small Greek village.

Hint: It does not end there

"There is a crazy bacterium that is harmful, indiscriminate," Dan Toren wrote in his poem to Yehudit Ravitz in 2000. Almost 22 years later, it seems that this poem has simply not aged, to say the least. How many times have we been confident over the last two years that here, we have won the corona, but nature is probably stronger than us. So even in recent days the virus surprises us and produces the "Omicron" strain for us.

And so, as we already know the procedure, suddenly abroad becomes again a hotbed of danger and even for those vaccinated in the booster between us. , With views that would not embarrass the beautiful beaches of Greece.

So prepare yourself for the dreamy winter vacation at the Nachsholim Beach Hotel. And if we go back for a moment to the continuation of the line of our song "... but the room is warm and cozy, and you sleep" - , Where we were recently hosted.

Blue water, small islands and spectacular sunsets

So the hotel itself is a kind of holiday village with small houses scattered along the shores of the Mediterranean on an amazing stretch of beach, which in our opinion is one of the most beautiful we have seen in the country.

For nature lovers among you - and frankly even for those who do not - a few meters from the hotel, a few steps away, are natural treasures such as lagoons of clear and blue water, fish, small islands and spectacular sunsets, which are among the most beautiful we have seen.

So this way, the hotel was renovated about five years ago and renovated in boutique-sea rooms as well as a wing that contains 24 rooms facing the sea and are mostly suitable for couples only.

The upper floor offers a spectacular panoramic view of the surroundings and the lower floor features a row of private square pools adjacent to the row of suites overlooking the sea.

The pools are not heated and are suitable for winter use only for the brave.

WINTER COOL.

Enjoy double privacy in two separate rooms

For those who need as close to the sea as possible, another 24 luxurious and designed sea boutique rooms are offered, which are adjacent to the sea, and are ready to accommodate up to three people.

The rooms have an outdoor shower, a wooden deck with luxury garden furniture, a central air conditioning system, a state-of-the-art espresso machine and a large TV.

The sea boutique rooms invite to a delightful sitting on the beach and watching the mesmerizing sea, seabirds and guys surfing the waves with kayaks or surfboards.

In another wing of the hotel, the "Greek village" was established during the corona period, with six luxurious family boutique units, each with two rooms, in Greek style.

The boutique units allow you to enjoy both worlds: on the one hand to go on vacation with the children and on the other hand to enjoy double privacy thanks to two rooms separated from each other and without compromising on the design and quality of the room.

Not just a hotel

If you thought that was it, you were wrong. During the vacation we spent a variety of experiences and adventures that the hotel offered us. The tours can be booked through the contacts that will appear at the end of the article as well as with the hotel itself.

With the arrival on the first day of the trip, we got a tour of the organic farm house original fabric, near Moshav Kerem Maharal, with plenty of parking.

The place is magical valley hidden from view which are grown for thousands of years olive groves of indoor farms. An ideal place to spend a romantic or Family-friendly and offers throughout the year a variety of activities including olive harvesting in season, sessions and picking tours. Green, white salad pizza with olive oil and hyssop and olives of indoor origin, all in a pastoral, calm and detached atmosphere (in the good sense of the word).

The Escape Trail and Podtrack

From there we continued on a small tour for the escape route in the Hof Hacarmel forest. The trail was intended to instill the work of the "Escape Movement" - the Zionist organization that was responsible for the emigration of Holocaust survivors from Europe at the end of World War II and after.

From there we continued to an amazing observation point at the lookout point in the Ofer Forest and then within a five minute drive, we reached the "Carmel Sea" (as well as the Wise) which is also in the forest. When we arrived we had wooden seating areas in front of an amazing view, a small truck from which came the sounds of music, a pleasant breeze and lunch in baskets filled with every good - vegetables, fresh breads, cheeses, yogurts and spreads. After we finished tasting and week, we went to a truck called "Podtrack" and enjoyed coffee and pastries.

After we were satisfied and gathered experiences from several places, we drove about ten minutes to the hotel. At the reception we received Greece in full force with seating areas and white-and-blue beanbags, accompanied by three stands of fine food and alcohol - including ouzo.

Not just a song.

Sunset tour

From there we got our suite with the private pool.

Absolutely one of the best and most beautiful rooms we have visited.

The room is well-equipped with a view that we just did not stop photographing.

At sunset, we went on a tour of Tel Dor which takes place on Tuesdays at 16:30 by appointment.

Through a beautiful rugged beach, we walked to the mound, climbed the kurkar ridge and reached the summit, watching the sun slowly erase in the sky below us is the Bay of Love, a large whale-shaped rock and clear water as the guide Tamir Hirschberg (050-4923948) described it well: "Greece and every beach I've seen."

Tired but satisfied we arrived at dinner, with a menu to suit everyone.

Excellent meats, vegetables, alcohol and end-of-the-road desserts.

Day 2: Yoga, horseback riding and the spring market

We started the day with sunrise yoga - yes, we also have a hard time with the hour, but if you want to have fun, you owe it to yourself - the lesson is an hour and a quarter long in small groups or pairs. During the class we were given individual and personal work under the guidance of a yoga teacher, which was precisely adjusted to our level.

Afterwards, we arrived straight for a sumptuous breakfast at the hotel's Rosemary 'restaurant, which changed its face in Corona and became a Greek style restaurant. At the buffet table, a delicious Israeli breakfast, delicious pastries and a barista who made us coffee awaited us.

After a light rest in the rooms we went for a horseback ride on the beach. The riding is suitable for everyone and there is no need for experience, the horses are quiet and trained, the trip is accompanied by experienced and skilled guides. Riding is from the age of six and from 09:00 in the morning until sunset. There is also a romantic ride for couples with the option of a meal.

The market, located in Maayan Zvi, is without a doubt a sweet end to this trip.

The Maayan Zvi industrial zone, which until a few years ago was dusty and deserted, has in recent years been inhabited by a community of entrepreneurs and artists from Hof Hacarmel - the Maayan community.

The community cleaned, renovated and built the fascinating market on the ruins of the agricultural buildings.

The tour is led by Tamir Hirschberg and includes a visit to the underground scene of Hof Hacarmel, coffee and snacks at Maayan - a place for culture, a meeting at the world's first cardboard museum and a visit to the workshop of actor and artist Lior Kalfon known to us as Itzko Ramzor.
