(ANSA) - FLORENCE, 17 DEC - Loss of two months of seniority: this is the sanction that the disciplinary section of the CSM inflicted on the Florence prosecutor Giuseppe Creazzo, accused by a colleague, the prosecutor of Palermo Alessia Sinatra, of having sexually molested her in 2015 in a hotel in the capital where an initiative of their current, Unicost, had taken place.
The prosecutor was instead acquitted of a second accusation: that of having violated with this behavior the duties of correctness typical of a magistrate towards his colleague.
The court of robes has ruled out the charge, believing - as it has been learned - that the affair can be limited to an event between individuals.
For Creazzo "this is an unjust sentence because I am innocent, it is a decision in accordance with the media condemnation that I had already suffered when the news broke out. I will appeal to Cassazione, where I trust that I will finally be able to get justice".
