(ANSA) - ROME, DECEMBER 17 - "ASL Roma 6 has informed me that it will appeal against the sentence of the labor judge for the reintegration of a no-vax employee and will ask for the suspension of the professional order of nurses".
This was declared by the Lazio Region Health Councilor, Alessio D'Amato.
"The ASL has applied the law and in the meantime the measures have been extended, not only to the health personnel, but also to the administrative one of the health service. We respect the sentences and we will appeal, but I want to hope that a decision has been taken in complete serenity", he concludes D'Amato.
