(ANSA) - WASHINGTON, DECEMBER 17 - "We are ready to discuss" Moscow's proposals on European security "but there are some things in their document that the Russians know are unacceptable".
This was reported by a senior US executive, adding that the Biden administration should respond to the Kremlin "next week with a more concrete proposal" on the talks after consulting European allies.
The same source warned that in the event of Russian "further aggression" on Ukraine, Moscow will suffer "massive consequences and pay a high price".
