A Palace of power that becomes more and more "home": this is how the project dedicated to the Quirinale by Google Arts & Culture could be summarized, a platform thanks to which from December 17 it is possible to digitally visit the entire building of the Presidency of the Republic directly from a PC, tablet and smartphone by connecting to g.co/quirinale.Made in over a year of work by a team of more than 30 experts, including engineers and technicians, the project offers the public 100km of digital routes of the Quirinale and the Castelporziano Estate, 13 works of art digitized for the first time and captured in very high definition (billions of pixels), 60 digital stories created ad hoc (divided into 4 paths between functions, history and architecture, collections and nature) and more than 1000 images of the Presidential Palace and Estate, in a continuous work in progress with content in Italian and English always updated.
