Lightning-fast cinnamon cookies: these are the ingredients you need
300 g of flour
200 g butter, cold
100 g of sugar
2 teaspoons of cinnamon

How to bake the lightning-fast cinnamon cookies
Preheat your oven to 180 degrees top / bottom heat.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Now mix the cinnamon and sugar together and knead this mixture together with the flour and butter quickly and thoroughly to form a smooth dough.
Roll out the dough on a floured work surface to an even thickness of about an inch.
Then cut out the cinnamon cookies with a cookie cutter and place them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
Then bake the cookies for about 10 to 12 minutes, depending on the oven.
The cookies should be golden brown on the edge, but not too firm.
