After breaking into her family villa, Verena Pooth not only hurts the loss of her gold jewelry.
"It's not always about the material damage," said the presenter of the "Bild" newspaper.

Burglars had entered the property in Meerbusch, North Rhine-Westphalia, on Christmas Eve, when Pooth celebrated with her in-laws with husband Franjo and their two sons San Diego and Rocco.
Pooth had already made public after the incident that her jewelry, cash and designer bags were stolen.
"All of my Cartier wedding jewelry is gone," said the 53-year-old.
Four days after the incident, Pooth said the »Bild«: »The shock is still very, very deep.

She also commented on the course of the break-in.

She is afraid that the burglar gang could strike again, said Pooth.
One of her sons is currently sleeping in bed with the couple and wakes up to every noise.
