"Vaccines and green-passes are supporting the restart of activities and we must avoid, at all costs, that pandemic and economic crisis trigger a dangerous social emergency. But demanding choices require careful and precise planning and preparation. With reference to the extension of the obligation of ordinary green pass also for access to all commercial activities, subject to the 'exceptions' for essential needs, it will therefore be necessary to contain the organizational impact of an improper role of control and verification by the operators ".
