If he chose to go to the cinema, Ben Affleck was, younger, a great passion for music.
He, too, worshiped singers at their peak in the 1980s, covering the walls of his bedroom with posters of them.
Unsurprisingly, the 49-year-old actor confided his lifelong admiration for Prince, the interpreter of
Purple Rain
, who died in 2016. During the Kelly Clarkson Show, broadcast on January 26 on NBC, he notably revealed that he pinned a very subversive poster of his idol above his bed when he was only 9 years old.
The poster featured the album
Controversy
, released in 1981, showing Prince half-naked in the shower, in a very erotic position and topped with a Catholic cross.
