(ANSA) - ROME, 04 FEB - Over 80% of companies, which represent more than 90% of added value, expect to find themselves in a situation of complete (41.3%) or partial (39.5%) solidity within the first half of 2022. A little over 3%, on the other hand, consider themselves seriously at risk.
This is what emerges from the Istat report, on the situation and prospects of companies after the Covid-19 health emergency.
9.4% of companies have increased their staff in the second half of 2021, while another 12.1% are hiring.
But among these almost the two thirds report difficulties in finding the necessary skills.
