(ANSA) - ROME, 04 FEB - From Monday 7 February, vaccinated persons will no longer have to provide a PCR test or a rapid test to be carried out within 72 or 24 hours before arrival.

This was announced today by Greek health minister Thanos Plevris, according to the agency Dpa.

For the unvaccinated, a PCR test of less than 72 hours is always required, or a negative antigen test of less than 24 hours.

Greece introduced a requirement for a test in December to combat the increase in contamination.
