After the discovery of several porn magazines in a ditch, the police in Bavarian Middle Franconia are investigating.
The unknown perpetrator is accused of distributing pornographic writings, as a police spokeswoman confirmed.
A passer-by found the adult magazines from the 1990s next to a connecting road towards Ermetzhof in the Neustadt an der Aisch-Bad Windsheim district, the police said on Twitter.
That is punishable because minors could have found them there.
A household resolution may have been the reason for disposing of them there.
If those responsible are found, they could face up to a year in prison or a fine.
