2 bunches of soup greens
240g shallots
2 cloves of garlic

Trick for Spaghetti Bolognese:
You have never used this ingredient before.
How to prepare Bolognese in the oven
Preheat your oven to 175 degrees top/bottom heat.
Finely dice the shallots and garlic and place both in a
coated casserole or Roman pot
(follow the instructions for the casserole).
That's why you shouldn't press garlic.
Roughly chop the soup greens and add them to the pot.
Fry the minced meat briefly and sharply in a pan until crumbly and put it in the pot.
Whisk together remaining ingredients to form a sauce (mash up whole tomatoes with a fork), then pour over all of the previous ingredients.
Stir well.
Then put the lid on and cook the oven bolognese on the lowest rack for about 1.5 hours.
Stir the Bolognese well again about 20 minutes before the end of the cooking time.

This ingenious pasta trick makes your Bolognese a hit.
