125 g rolled oats, tender or pithy
125 g skyr (alternative: low-fat quark)
1 eggs
1 teaspoon Baking powder
0.5 tsp salt
1 tbsp sunflower seeds

Recipe for oatmeal rolls: This is how you prepare the delicious filler
Preheat your oven to 200°C top/bottom heat.
Put all the ingredients in a bowl and mix them together well.
The dough will be very sticky, so you'll need to get your hands wet before forming four roughly equal balls.
Place the dough pieces on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
Bake the oatmeal rolls on the middle rack for about 25 minutes.
You should
definitely enjoy the
oatmeal rolls fresh.
They are very easy to prepare, so it is not really worth preparing in advance.
If you still want to save a little time in the morning, you can prepare the raw dough pieces the night before and
store them in a container with a lid in the fridge
