(ANSA) - MILAN, FEBRUARY 10 - Tension in Europe on government bonds after US inflation and the surge in 10-year Treasury yields.
The spread between the BTP and the Bund concludes the session up to 160 points, compared to the 155 points at the start of the session and the 154 points on the eve of the session.
The Italian 10-year yield rose to 1.887%, compared to yesterday's 1.748 and 1.77 at the start of the day and after hitting the day's high of 1.919%.
There was also nervousness on the state securities of the other 'peripheral' countries with the decennial rate of Spain at 1.167% and that of Greece at 2.526%.
