Full of anticipation, a Kaufland customer went to the branch after discovering a brochure.

But what she found there made her squirm.

Leonberg - Make your loved ones happy for Valentine's Day: You can do it with nice words in person or via WhatsApp (here are the best sayings).

And of course also about material things.

But many also have to look at the money - it should be something nice without tearing a big hole in your wallet.

With this plan, a Kaufland customer now experienced an unpleasant surprise.

And spoke up on Facebook with the label "feels angry".

Kaufland: Customer angrily shares Strauss disappointment on Facebook

The woman from Leonberg (Baden-Württemberg) had discovered an offer for a "premium rose-lily oriental bouquet" in the prospectus.

And according to the photo, the flowers are quite impressive for a supposed bargain price of 9.99 euros.

But promise and reality clearly diverge here: The customer posted more photos that show what the bouquet really looks like in the branch.

Pretty pathetic.

She fumes in her Facebook post: "Well, I'm used to the fact that the promising advertising photos don't necessarily reflect what you get afterwards.

But what was Kaufland thinking?

Sorry, but that's the customers ripped off," she writes.

"So I don't really see a resemblance there either," agrees another user.

Another user carries on a laugh from another person.

"He said: But isn't there a 'serving suggestion' somewhere?" One commenter refers to the specialist shop, where you could get more for more money: "That would not have happened with the local gardener with regional flowers."

Kaufland's complaint before Valentine's Day also causes laughter

One green-fingered woman points out that she “has seen the lilies bloom beautifully a couple of times.

Then the bouquet will look like it does in the advertising leaflet.

But the disappointed customer describes exactly what she saw and didn't see and says: "If the lily blossoms are fully bloomed, I won't get the bouquet that is shown in the photo."

Another conversation then makes for a laugh.

"It says 'different variants'," says one user of the template.

And the Kaufland customer picks it up: "And you mean, in our Kaufland they unfortunately only have the slimmed-down version for the poor today?" The WhatsApp chat of a Rewe customer with his grandmother also causes laughter on the Internet.
