After Prince in 2007, Beyoncé in 2013 or The Weeknd in 2021, the great Super Bowl halftime show brought together six legends of American rap this year at SoFi Stadium in Inglewood, on Sunday February 13.

The Los Angeles Rams won the 56th Super Bowl against the Cincinnati Bengals (23-20) this Sunday, February 13 at SoFi Stadium, in Inglewood, California.

The American Football Professional League Championship Final was played out in intense suspense and its flood of celebrities.

For the traditional halftime show, several rappers gathered to offer a historic concert with classics of American culture.

Dr. Dre, Snoop Dogg, 50 Cent, Mary J. Blige, Kendrick Lamar and Eminem… six big names in American rap gathered for a grand premiere at the Super Bowl.

Then it was singer Mary J. Blige in an all-white shimmering look with disco tunes who arrived on stage.

After Kendrick Lamar, Eminem entered with the song

.

After his piece released in 2002, the singer knelt down, his head bowed.

A symbolic gesture in reference to that of Colin Kaepernick, the quarterback who had thus protested during the American anthem throughout the 2016 season against racial inequalities and police violence in the United States.

True to its reputation, the Super Bowl show was able to be spectacular, just like in 2021, when the Canadian singer The Weeknd had provided halftime.

The artists were present on stage but also in the stands.

Indeed, many had come to watch the match like Justin Bieber, Jennifer Lopez, Kanye West, Jay-Z and Beyoncé, Drake as well as The Weeknd, a spectator this year.
