(ANSA) - ROME, FEBRUARY 17 - The Russian Foreign Ministry has published the 11 pages that make up the letter sent to the US containing Moscow's responses to American security proposals.
Tass reports it.
Russia says it is "ready for dialogue" with the West, but stresses that "the red lines and strategic interests" on the security front it had placed "have been ignored": "This is unacceptable", is the ministry's position Foreign Affairs Department of Moscow, which notes that "no constructive answers have come from the US and NATO" to his needs.
Moscow's Russian invasion of Ukraine did not happen, although the US has been supporting it since last fall, Moscow adds.
"Russia will have to react, including through technical and military measures, in the absence of the willingness of the United States to discuss guarantees for its own security", continues the Russian Foreign Ministry.
