(ANSA) - WASHINGTON, 04 MAR - Florida is also starting a squeeze against abortion after the approval of a law that prohibits women from terminating their pregnancy after the fifteenth week even in the event of rape, incest or human trafficking.
This is the toughest anti-abortion measure ever approved in the Republican-led state, where abortion is now banned from the twenty-fourth week.
The measure must now be signed by Governor RonDeSantis, who has already announced its approval, and will go into effect on July 1st.
