Britain's Queen Elizabeth II apparently recovered well from her infection with the corona virus.
The Queen had not received a visit to Windsor Castle since she was announced that she was infected on February 20.
Now the 95-year-old received the Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau for an audience.
Pictures show the two shaking hands and talking in a room of the castle.
The Queen wore a dress decorated with ornaments in blue, green and white.
Discreet declaration of solidarity with Ukraine?
Observers saw the colors of a large bouquet of flowers in the background as a possible statement about the war in Ukraine.
The bouquet contained yellow and blue flowers: the national colors of the country attacked by Russia.
After the infection, the royal family reported that the queen was suffering from mild cold-like symptoms.
After a temporary break, she had been taking virtual appointments again since the beginning of March.
It is considered certain that Elizabeth II has been vaccinated against Corona at least three times.
However, because of her age and health problems in recent months, the news caused concern, especially since the monarch had previously complained of physical ailments.
At the beginning of the pandemic, the Queen had moved to Windsor Castle to protect herself from the corona virus.
British media reported on Sunday that Elizabeth II would like to continue to fulfill her obligations from there in the future and will not return to Buckingham Palace.
