A pizza can go horribly wrong when you bake it yourself.

A REWE customer found out that this also works in the freezer - and takes it with humor.

Cologne - Who doesn't know it?

You come home from a stressful day at work, the couch is calling and you just don't feel like cooking anymore.

A pizza from the freezer is just what you need.

REWE, Kaufland and Co. have been offering their own delicacies for a long time now with branded products.

I'll grab it, thought a REWE customer with this stone oven pizza with spinach and feta from REWE, as reported by tz.de.

With funny consequences like a grandmother's answer to her grandson's WhatsApp.

REWE: Customer makes strange discovery in the pizza

While a Kaufland customer made a disgusting find, the man at REWE was amazed after he had bought his pizza for a successful end of the day.

When he unwrapped it, the feta wasn't spread over the pizza like the packaging would suggest, but mostly concentrated in the center of the culinary delight.

While the lower half was still halfway through as "as intended", unfortunately there was no longer any feta to be found on top.

Not everything went smoothly on this pizza.

Pizza fail at REWE: customer posts on Facebook page – supermarket takes it with humor

But instead of angrily copying the pizza, the man quickly posted a snapshot of his purchase in the supermarket on REWE's Facebook page and commented: "lol what happened to them".

REWE promptly replies with a smug explanation:

"Well, the feta didn't want to part," admits REWE.

The customer should still have liked it, although he probably wouldn't have had anything against a pizza voucher as compensation.

Then you have to swing the wooden spoon yourself again - as long as it's still financially feasible.

After all, the pizza didn't cost 11 euros like tomatoes, which elicited a horrified look at the price tag * from a customer at Aldi.
