(ANSA-AFP) - MOSCOW, MARCH 10 - The summit did not take any steps towards Ukraine and three in Antalya, Turkey, between Russian foreign ministers Serghei Lavrov, Ukrainian, Dmytro Kuleba, and Turkish, Mevlut Cavusoglu.

"We want Ukraine to be neutral - said Lavrov face to face - we did not attack in Ukraine.

In Ukraine a situation was created that created a threat to Moscow, we made several appeals but no one listened to us".

In any case, he clarified, Russia wants to continue the dialogue and "President Putin has never denied contacts", but the Ukrainian government "continues to replace the real problem with special effects".

Putin, Lavrov said, is not refusing a meeting with Zelensky, but the summit "must be prepared".

According to Lavrov, in Ukraine "Moscow's special military operation" proceeds "according to plan".

Kuleba replied that Ukraine "will not surrender" to the Russian forces.

"We have not made progress on the 24-hour ceasefire - he added - it seems that there are other people who decide on this in Russia" and also on the opening of humanitarian corridors and for Mariupol, "unfortunately Lavrov was not in a position to commit".

"We stressed that there should be no obstacle to open humanitarian corridors," Turkish Foreign Minister Cavusoglu, a guest of the trilateral, said during the press conference.
