(ANSA) - BRUSSELS, MARCH 14 - The economic impact of the war in Ukraine and "the additional costs on the budgets of member countries will certainly have a slowing effect on EU growth forecasts".
This was said by the European Commissioner for the Economy, Paolo Gentiloni, arriving at the Eurogroup.
"We had forecast a growth of 4% for this year at European level and these numbers are no longer realistic", he explained.
