This was reported by the UNIAN agency underlining that it is a British correspondent who suffered splinter fractures in both legs.
According to information, released by Attorney General Irina Venediktov on Facebook, journalist Benjamin Hall is currently in intensive care under medical observation.
The American broadcaster in a post on social media specifies that at the moment "there are few details" on the incident.
According to preliminary information, Benjamin Hall was "gathering information near Kiev".
