(ANSA) - ROME, MARCH 14 - In light of the increase in the price of gas, electricity and fuel, the Rome Public Prosecutor's Office has opened an investigation file.
This is a proceeding at the moment against unknown persons without suspects and without the hypothesis of a crime.
"The investigation is aimed at verifying the reasons for this increase and identifying any responsible persons", explains the Prosecutor.
The investigations were entrusted to the economic-financial police unit of the Guardia di Finanza of Rome.
In recent days the Minister for Ecological Transition Cingolani on the increase in prices had spoken of a "colossal fraud".
