Hotel ship on the banks of the Rhine in Düsseldorf: young refugees apparently raped

A young woman was apparently raped in a Düsseldorf refugee hostel.
The police have now arrested two suspects, said a police spokesman.
The crime had already occurred on March 6th.
The hostel is a hotel ship on the banks of the Rhine in Düsseldorf that is currently taking in refugees.
"Bild" and "Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung" report that the victim is an 18-year-old Ukrainian who fled from the Russian attack on her country.
The police and public prosecutor's office did not confirm this with reference to victim protection.

According to the investigators, the suspects are 26 and 37 years old.
The men were also accommodated on the ship as refugees, said a spokeswoman for the Düsseldorf public prosecutor's office.
They are now in custody.
Both would not have raped the woman together, but one after the other.
So the woman was raped twice on the ship.
The city initially did not comment on request.
