Prime Minister Mario Draghi is faithful to his commitment to intervene "immediately", with 4.4 billion, to defend the purchasing power of families and the entrepreneurial fabric, especially the one most exposed to Russia and Ukraine.
And he does so almost without putting his hand to public resources but by taxing the extra profits of energy companies by 10%.
