(ANSA) - ROME, MARCH 18 - Marina Ovsyannikova, the Russian journalist who protested live on state TV against the war in Ukraine, has announced that she is leaving her job, but not Russia, thus refusing the offer of asylum from France.

She reports them to the Guardian.


    The woman, who called herself a patriot, broke in the last few days on live TV with a sign against the war.

She was immediately arrested, she was released after a detention of 14 hours and sentenced to pay a fine of 30 thousand rubles (about 255 euros).
