Indeed, Amber Heard would have once confided in James Franco about one of his arguments with Johnny Depp.
She would have told him about the bruises that the actor would have inflicted on him.
Hence his convocation on April 11.
Johnny Depp also claims that his ex-wife had an affair with Elon Musk in 2015, “no later than a month” after their marriage.
Remarks to which a spokesperson for the businessman replied: “Elon and Amber only started seeing each other in May 2016, and even then, their interviews were rare.
Their relationship only became romantic some time later.
Text messages exchanged by Amber Heard and Jason Momoa, her filming partner in

, have also been added to the file.
Two weeks of trial
The legal battle between Johnny Depp and Amber Heard is expected to last nearly two weeks.
It has its origins in the writing of a column published in 2018 in the
Washington Post
.
Amber Heard claimed there that she had suffered domestic violence from her former spouse, without ever naming Johnny Depp.
The actor had filed a defamation suit against his former wife the following year.
The model and comedian had met in 2011 on the set of
Rhum Express
, before marrying in 2015 and splitting the following year, in May 2016. At the time, Amber Heard filed for a restraining order against her ex-husband.
Johnny Depp had meanwhile denied being the author of domestic violence, and certified that the latter came from his former companion.
Their divorce was finalized in August 2016. Since then, the model has welcomed a baby girl, named Oonagh Paige, in September 2021. The lawsuit between the actress and Johnny Depp, repeatedly postponed, will begin on April 11.
