Until now, to have an Apple device repaired in France while having the assurance of benefiting from official components of the brand, you had to go through the Apple Store or the Apple website.
In a few months, by going to a
Darty
or
La Fnac store
with your iPhone, iPad or Apple Watch to be repaired, you will benefit from the same quality of service and official Apple spare parts.
The Fnac Darty group has just received official approval from Apple
The reason for this is simple: the Fnac Darty group has received official approval from Apple, making it the first official third-party repairer of iPhone, iPad and Apple Watch in France.
From next June, this initiative will be official, and Apple will even be able to redirect its customers to a Fnac or Darty store to benefit from an approved after-sales service.
That's not all: as Fnac Darty owns the repair company WeFix, it will also be possible to take advantage of these services within the stores of this brand: there are 150 points of sale in France, a number which will double in coming years.
Repair your iPhone, iPad or Apple Watch with WeFix
This news is very positive for owners of Apple devices who do not necessarily have an Apple Store in their city, and who were previously limited to sending their defective devices in the event of a problem.
In a few months, the possibility of accessing official after-sales service in Fnac, Darty and WeFix stores will make this process much easier for them.
At the same time, La Fnac and Darty will also allow their customers to subscribe to AppleCare programs directly in their stores, for even more comfort and peace of mind.
