The second degree judges found the man incapable of understanding and willing because he was affected by delirium of jealousy.


    Retired professor, 81, had killed his wife Cristina Maioli in Brescia in 2019. The Attorney General had asked for a 21-year sentence, considering Gozzini fully capable of understanding and willing.

The same prosecutor GuidoRispoli, leaving the courtroom of the Assize Court of Appeal in Brescia, said: "we will read the reasons".
