The Higher Education Council has agreed to grant a period of six months to complete the procedures for appointing the first graduates to universities for the academic year 2019-2020.
The Council also agreed, during its session today, to settle the conditions of Al-Furat University students whose exam results were lost as a result of the war conditions, as well as to solve the problems related to the asymmetric courses for students of the Idlib branch hosted in other universities.
In another decision, the Council granted a semester for students who had exhausted the opportunities to enroll in private universities.
