Racist insults from opponent, team leaves the field

An opponent raises racist slurs at him during the match, his team leaves the pitch.

It happened in Molise: a footballer of Senegalese origin, Lamine Sow, was targeted while the first category championship match was held between the local team and Lokomotiv Riccia.

"During the match - explains the president of the host team Giuseppe Pontelandolfo - one of our members was heavily offended several times with racist phrases by a player from the opposing team. The decision to abandon the match was unanimous.
