(ANSA) - WASHINGTON, MAR 28 - Joe Biden will today present a budget proposal for 2023 with a huge increase in military spending, also in light of the conflict in Ukraine: the American president will ask for 813.3 billion dollars, an increase of 31 billion (equal to at 4%).
