Make wild garlic butter yourself: You need these ingredients

10 wild garlic leaves
1 shallot
250g softened butter
salt and pepper
So you only need
three ingredients
plus spices.
You will also need a hand mixer, a bowl and a blender for the preparation.

Recipe: Make wild garlic butter yourself quickly and easily
First wash and shake the wild garlic dry.
Cut off the stem ends and roughly chop the leaves.
Peel and dice the shallot - with these tricks it's possible without tears.
In a bowl, cream the butter with the whisk on a hand mixer.
Fold in the chopped wild garlic leaves and mix the mixture finely with the hand blender.
Now fold in the shallot and season with salt and pepper.
Pour the finished wild garlic butter into a container (e.g. a mason jar with a screw cap) and refrigerate.
