Buying a bag without even seeing it: the crazy bet of the American brand Telfar

Take out your credit card and buy with your eyes closed, that's what the American brand is offering with its new mystery capsule collection.


A new bag made "in collaboration with"... A brand whose name has been crossed out: here, without much more detail, is what Telfar announced on March 23 on its Instagram account.

The New York brand which is driving the Web crazy with its shopping bags that are constantly out of stock is thus launching a mini collection that it is offering to buy… blindly.

Available on the site in presale, it consists of four models of black bags with the signature look of the claw, one can guess through blurred images.

Their prices: from 110 to 198 dollars.

On its social networks, Telfar pushed the mystery even further by announcing its latest release via a text with gaps, with missing keywords.

We learn that the new Telfar collection, produced with an unknown partner, is available in three release phases: a first with models in medium and large format available on March 31, a second in small on April 4, then a third with a “Circle” model on April 8.

And that's all.
