Carlos Alcaraz won the Miami Masters 1000 tournament.
In the final, the Spaniard beat Norway's Casper Ruud with a score of 7-5 6-4 in one hour and 52 minutes.
Alacaraz, who is 18, with the success of Miami becomes the youngest champion in the history of the tournament, overtaking Novak Djokovic who was 19 when he triumphed in 2007, taking the first of his 37 titles in the Masters 1000.
Alcaraz is the third winner overall. youngest in the 283 Masters 1000 since 1990, behind Michael Chang and Rafa Nadal.
