(ANSA) - BRUSSELS, APRIL 03 - The EU is working on the development of new sanctions against Russia and new support for Ukraine.
The president of the European Council, Charles Michel, writes on twitter who said he was "shocked by the images of the atrocities committed by the Russian army in the now liberated region of Kiev".
The EU "is assisting the Ukrainians and NGOs in gathering the evidence to bring to the international courts," adds Michel.
