(ANSA) - ROME, APRIL 04 - About 58% of companies declared that "they are finding it difficult to hire, or retain employees, if smartworking is not guaranteed", while "over 88% confirmed that after the date of 30 June will continue to be able to work in smart working and remotely, against 11% who expressed a contrary intention ".
This can be read in a survey conducted by the Aidp (Italian Association for Personnel Management) to which about 850 professionals and companies replied.
The perspective, the text reads, "is the hybrid work between in-person and remote modes: 38% of companies, in fact, stated that employees will be able to work remotely at least 2 days a week and 14% at least 1 day a week. In other cases , with lower percentages,
