(ANSA) - ROME, APRIL 05 - The president of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelensky, announced that today he will address the United Nations Security Council about the civilian massacres in Bucha and other Ukrainian cities.
"I would like to emphasize that we are interested in the more complete and transparent investigation, the results of which will be made known and explained to the entire international community," said Zelensky in a video message.
