Borrell, expelled several Russian diplomats to the EU

(ANSA) - STRASBOURG, APRIL 05 - "Today I decided to consider a certain number of officials of the permanent mission of the Russian Federation to the European Union as 'persona non grata' as involved in activities contrary to their diplomatic status".
