Ministry of Health
illustrated in an ordinance of 1 April, published in the official gazette, the precautionary measures to be taken in commercial establishments until 31 December 2022, confirming the rules already in force.

“Adoption of the Guidelines for the resumption of economic and social activities
"General principles and specific measures are indicated for individual sectors of activity: catering and ceremonies, tourist and hospitality activities, cinemas and live entertainment, thermal pools and wellness centers, personal services, commerce, museums, archives, libraries, places of culture and exhibitions, theme and amusement parks, cultural clubs, social and recreational centers, conventions, congresses and major trade fairs, amusement arcades, betting rooms, bingo halls and casinos.
In the ordinance there are also indications for local festivals and fairs, training courses, dance halls and discos.
The exhibitors are asked to prepare adequate information on the rules to be respected and among the measures the obligation to possess and present a basic or reinforced
green pass
is confirmed in all contexts in which it is envisaged.
The correct use of the respiratory protection mask (surgical mask or FFP2) in all closed environments and, in case of assembly, also outdoors, where required by law, is also indicated.
The ordinance also reminds you to provide solutions to disinfect hands at the entrance and in several points of the rooms.
With respect to ventilation, a reinforcement of natural air exchange or through mechanized systems in closed environments is indicated.
Furthermore, "due to the overcrowding and the time spent by the occupants, the effectiveness of the systems must be verified in order to guarantee the adequacy of the air flow".
